Specto’s collaboration with Terre des Hommes (TDH) in Jordan reflects a strong commitment to empowerment, protection, and skills development for women and girls at risk of violence. Between 2024 and 2025, Specto delivered a series of structured capacity-building training programs within the shelter environment, aimed at strengthening digital, communication, and foundational language skills.

The initiative included multiple training bundles covering Application Essentials, Computer Usage and Typing Skills, Digital Communication and Time Management, as well as English and Arabic language foundations. Overall, the program engaged more than 550 participants, ensuring wide outreach while maintaining a supportive and high-quality learning environment tailored to beneficiaries’ needs.

A key strength of this collaboration lies in its holistic and inclusive approach to capacity building, combining digital literacy with essential life and communication skills. This contributed to enhancing participants’ confidence, independence, and readiness for future learning and personal development within a safe and structured environment.
